Return Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please follow the steps below:
Request a Return
Send an email to us within 15 working days from the date you received the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare the Item for Return
The item must be in its original condition, unused, uncleaned, and undamaged, along with all accessories included in the original package.
Ensure all original labels and packaging are intact.
Arrange Shipping
Use an authorized courier service or local post office to send the parcel to the address provided. Until the item is received by our store, the responsibility remains with the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or incorrect, Les Beads Studio will cover the full cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
Mistaken or Low-Quality Items
If you received the wrong item or a product of poor quality, please contact us at fanfuboutique@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return and/or exchange and cover all related shipping costs.
Special Offers
For orders with free shipping as part of a special offer, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if a return is necessary.
Unpaid Postage Returns
Returns sent without paid postage will not be accepted.
